Challenge
The main challenge was to balance supporting the current product in production while striving for consistency across design systems.
At the same time, we were tasked with creating a new design for an improved version of the product.
This required coordinating efforts across various teams and managing requests from multiple stakeholders, including the the head of design and other C-level executives.
