Double Nickel also prioritizes bringing transparency to drivers, increasing engagement, and simplifying processes for both drivers and companies at every step of the hiring journey.

Goal
Understand the concept and the vision behind the project, keeping its goals in mind as we bring it to life through designing the screens and translating their idea into reality. Focus on highlighting the unique aspects of the user flow to create a meaningful impact.
Solution
We started by diving into all the content they shared, research, competitor insights, and any user information we could gather at that early stage. From there, we built everything from the ground up: the logo, branding, website, and even the product itself. Our focus was on creating a modern, effective, and intuitive design that tackled the pain points we noticed in other applications.
To make the experience even better, we introduced fresh concepts that weren’t present in some of the most popular apps in the space and began automating certain features with AI to make workflows smoother. Keeping the user at the center of everything, we worked with feedback gathered through HotJar and user tests run by the client. Analyzing that data, we adjusted the flows to deliver a seamless and efficient experience that truly met the user’s needs.
