The development of the surgery workflow involved many conversations and facilitations between the founders, specialists, and developers to build a fully integrated system between all the roles involved while ideating solutions and features to solve the pain points of the current manual work these facilities face every day.

Solutions

We developed an integrated EMR workflow that streamlines every step of the surgery center's operations, from patient registration and pre-operative processes to post-operative care and billing.

User-specific needs

Dedicated areas for surgeons and anesthesiologists to manage and review their orders, and generate reports from template builders and patient charts. For nurses, shortcuts for time-sensitive activities in the operation and repetitive information that needs to be tracked, and can be accessed at any time to be updated at any time.

Staff

Dedicated registration page for front desk staff to manage patient check-in, request information, collect prepayment, and track and update status.

Patients Mobile View

Digital pre-admission testing that allows patients to complete forms outside of the facility before the day of surgery, reducing facility processing time and manual paperwork.

Website Design

A modern, visually stunning, and user-friendly website design to the brand identity and business unique goals. The process included creating new designs, refining existing designs, and incorporating animations and effects to ensure an engaging user experience.
