Tasker.ai is an advanced AI-powered task management platform designed to transform the way we deal with workflows, teamwork, and operational inefficiencies.
Project Overview
The goal of the project was to create a seamless experience for both tech-savvy users and newcomers, to provide responsive designs for desktop and mobile users, provide intuitive workflows to minimize cognitive load and create an assets library to teach the AI how to render different content and applications

Our team also developed motion concepts for component microinteractions, specifically tailored to enhance usability, add visual appeal, and improve the overall user experience. For AI-powered interfaces, we emphasized the importance of feedback-driven animations to ensure users receive clear and intuitive responses, fostering trust and engagement.
Benchmark and Ideation
With a focus on ease of use and adaptability, our competitive analysis aimed at analyzing the evolution of interaction and interface design for AI-powered products and understanding the usage of certain patterns for navigation and feedback that are now good practices for the segment.
Scalability
We developed concepts for future features and designed the entire MVP architecture to effectively enable and guide AI agents in performing tasks. We ensured that our designs covered the system's ability to deliver core functionality while remaining adaptable for future scalability and expansion.
