Traact is a legal operations platform that provides entity management, registered agent service, contract lifecycle management, permit & license management.
Project Overview
By refining the layout, visual hierarchy, and information flow, we made the complex legal processes more accessible. We streamlined document management features, making it easier for users to upload, organize, and share files. Additionally, we enhanced the bulk editing and reminder systems to help users stay on top of important tasks without feeling overwhelmed. The design updates aimed to simplify everyday workflows while keeping the platform efficient, clear, and easy to navigate for both legal professionals and business users.
Goal
The goal of our design work was to improve the usability and clarity of the Traact platform. By refining the user interface and optimizing the user experience, we aimed to reduce friction in legal document management, improve task efficiency, and ensure that users could complete tasks seamlessly and without confusion. The design solution was tailored to support both business users and legal professionals in a more streamlined and visually cohesive environment.
