  • Missing progress updates during the 72-hour audience export created uncertainty, repeated attempts and increased support tickets.

  • An unclear prompt flow led to inconsistent outputs and lowered perceived product value.

  • Dense, repetitive cards and weak hierarchy made audiences hard to compare and scan.

  • Limited engagement and upgrade paths weakened retention and reduced expansion opportunities.

Bringing Clarity and High Value to the Core Feature

The previous Audience Builder offered little visibility into the export process, leaving users unsure of what was happening. We solved this by adding color-coded status indicators, a realistic three-day timeframe, and advanced filters to easily find and organize saved audiences.

We improved the experience end to end with clearer natural-language inputs, AI-assisted refinement, and The Search Booster, which highlights the three most relevant audiences under “Results you might like”.
