The Goal
Redesign the screens with a modern visual that emphasizes brand identity and enhances the user experience by carefully considering the goals and business rules, allowing us to refine all flows and identify what should be retained and what needs to be adjusted.
Solution
We began by analyzing all the wireframes provided by the client, identifying pain points they highlighted and areas that were not yet mapped out. With a comprehensive briefing on how the wireframes interconnected, we gained insights into the overall flow, allowing us to pinpoint potential enhancements to improve the user experience.
