Crewasis is an AI-powered platform designed to enhance the decision-making process for stakeholders, managers, executives, and other key decision-makers across organizations. By converting millions of data points into valuable insights, it identifies the most relevant trends, supporting strategic alignment across businesses.
Project Overview
Crewasis approached us due to frequently have to explain how the platform works to their main users. Their goal was to make the platform so intuitive that users would no longer need guidance. Additionally, the stakeholder requested that the project be completed within three weeks and preferred a more refined and minimalistic UI, avoiding excessive colors and ensuring that text was used only where absolutely necessary.

The project
The process began with a UX audit to identify UI and UX issues, followed by benchmarking web app interfaces for best practices. We then redesigned the platform using a tailored design system, ensuring an agile and efficient delivery.
UX Audit
To kick-start our collaboration, the company requested a UX audit. The first deliverable was a presentation report of our findings and recommendations categorized by their level of severity.
Benchmarking
We analyzed web app products for information visualization and reviewed feature approaches to apply best practices, helping users quickly familiarize themselves with the product and use it intuitively.
Redesigning the product experience
To meet the client’s deadline, we developed an end-to-end experience focused on refining each screen, ensuring the visual hierarchy emphasized the most critical elements for a seamless user experience.
